PROTECThear ear plugs are personally moulded from soft silicone being crafted from exact impressions of the individual’s ears. Each pair is manufactured using specially formulated medical grade silicone, to offer the highest degree of comfort whilst providing a highly effective barrier against industrial noise.
PROTECThear vented ear plugs incorporate a passive acoustic filter which attenuates industrial noise whilst maintaining the ability of the individual to hear speech, shouted warnings and to use phones and radios. Excessive background noise is reduced, resulting in increased employees efficiency and safety.
SPEAKhear systems solve the problem of radio communications on the shop floor. They are a combination of PROTECThear and a radio accessory that is clipped externally to the ear plug, which when hard wired to a personal radio allows the individual to effectively communicate with colleagues resulting in clear accurate communications to be heard whilst maintaining hearing protection and the ability to hear what is going on around them.
SPEAKhear systems can be connected to most popular radios such as Motorola, Kenwood, Icom, Maxon, Simoco, Yaesu as a 1-way listen only or 2-way speak and listen system. We can also offer listen only ATEX approved systems if required.
SPEAKhear systems can also be connected to mobile and dect phones, our boom mic system offers noise cancelling in the microphone which cuts out background noise this also clips externally to the earplug in the same way as radio systems.
