At ProtectHear® we have taken steps to ensure the business is operating as well as it can during the lockdown period. You may have some questions about what the limitations are with what ProtectHear® is doing at the moment, so here are the FAQS:
Are ProtectHear® responding to enquiries?
Yes, we are still contactable on the phone or email, if you have any queries you can call 01507 604322 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Any enquiries for new visits are logged and will be re organised when the lockdown is over.
What if I have paid for my ear plugs, are they being manufactured?
Yes, the lab is still operational but is running as a skeleton crew, meaning there will be delays in the ear plugs being manufactured. Also, when posting the ear plugs can currently take up to 10 days to arrive to you.
Can I order replacements?
Yes, replacements can be ordered via phone or email and manufacturing will have some delay as mentioned.
If I am trialling the ear plugs, is the trial still ongoing throughout this period?
No, the 8-week trials have been put on hold until normal business resumes so when this is over, we will be back in contact to resume the trial.
